Payment Process

  1. Send an Invoice to the client requesting 70% of the total cost to be paid before the project commences if the order is greater than $1500.

If the total cost is less than $1500 request for the full amount to be paid before the project commences

  1. Once payment is made and proof of payment is received the project can commence.
  2. If 70% of the payment was made before the project commenced. Request the balance before delivery of the final product. 

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via EFT/ bank transfer, cash or EcoCash into the IceCream Digital accounts

Project Cancellation 

Should either party stop the project at any point during the development phase, IceCream Digital reserves the right to invoice the client for the work completed up to the point of termination.
